Describe a visible symptom and what changed when you repeated it, mark its screen position, attach photos, and generate a PDF report for your own return, exchange, or warranty support notes. Everything runs in your browser.

Privacy and scope

Product details, serial numbers, notes, and photos are processed locally in this browser. They are not uploaded to FreeScreenTest. The PDF is a personal supporting record, not a manufacturer-certified diagnosis or a promise of return, exchange, or warranty approval.

This page does not save unfinished reports. Download your PDF or evidence file before leaving or reloading, and keep your original photos.

1. Record the comparison

Observation and setup notes Record the display, source or input, resolution, picture mode, brightness, room light, and revealing pattern. Describe the location and appearance, the one thing you changed, and what happened when you restored the original setup. Mark any comparison you did not perform as “not checked.” These notes are included in the PDF, evidence JSON, and support message.

Open a comparison in a new tab: check whether a mark follows the content, or choose the comparison for your symptom.

Optional symptom labels

Choose a label only if it describes your observation. A label is not a confirmed diagnosis; leave these blank when unsure.

2. Product and purchase details

All fields are optional. Add only what helps identify this display or what your support request needs.

3. Mark observed locations

Choose a marker type, then click the screen map. Coordinates are stored as percentages.

4. Attach photos

Add up to 6 photos. Images are resized in the browser before they are inserted into the PDF.

5. Include local test results

Select real browser-saved test results to include in the PDF and JSON export. Nothing is uploaded.

6. Generate report and message

The PDF includes resized photos. Evidence JSON contains notes, selected test results, and photo filenames and captions; it does not include the images. Keep the original camera files separately.
