Privacy and scope
Product details, serial numbers, notes, and photos are processed locally in this browser. They are not uploaded to FreeScreenTest. The PDF is a personal supporting record, not a manufacturer-certified diagnosis or a guarantee of return, exchange, or warranty approval.
1. Product and purchase details
All fields are optional. Leave sensitive fields blank if you do not need them in the report.

Choose a marker type, then click the screen map. Coordinates are stored as percentages.
4. Attach photos
Add up to 6 photos. Images are resized in the browser before they are inserted into the PDF.
5. Generate report and message
Review and edit the message before sending. Do not include information you do not want to share with the retailer or manufacturer.
